12 large eggs
2.5 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup diced ham

8 cups bread diced cubes
1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or a blend of your favorite cheeses

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a bundt cake pan thoroughly.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and fry hashbrowns until brown. Set aside to cool.
  • Build your breakfast bundt in this order: Layer half of the diced bread. Add diced ham, green onions, cooled hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased bundt cake pan, evenly distributing the ingredients. Cover the pan with foil and let sit for a few minutes. Top with remaining shredded cheese. (We like to top with more ham on top.)
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and the cake is set in the center.
  • Allow the cake to cool for before carefully inverting it onto a serving platter

Slice and serve your delicious Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake. Enjoy!
