Kinder bueno crepes
Takes me back to Paris The first time I tried banana crepes was from the Christmas markets in the Tuileries Garden.
This creamy topping combination is beautiful and they are also so easy to make! Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and pour it in! So simple yet impressive
Serves 6 | V DF GF RSF
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings:
- Dairy-free chocolate
- Vanilla cashew butter
- Bananas
Method:
- 1. Blend up all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
- 2. Add a scoop on an oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat
- 3. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter
- 4. Melt chocolate and add a little coconut oil to cashew butter if you want it really runny
- 5. Drizzle on crepes and add bananas.
