Kinder bueno crepes

Takes me back to Paris The first time I tried banana crepes was from the Christmas markets in the Tuileries Garden. ⁣

This creamy topping combination is beautiful and they are also so easy to make! Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and pour it in! So simple yet impressive

Serves 6 | V DF GF RSF⁣

Ingredients:⁣

  • 1 cup rolled oats⁣
  • 1 cup oat milk⁣
  • 2 eggs⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1 tsp maple syrup⁣⁣

Toppings:⁣

  • Dairy-free chocolate ⁣
  • Vanilla cashew butter⁣
  • Bananas ⁣⁣

Method:⁣

  • 1. Blend up all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
  • ⁣2. Add a scoop on an oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat
  • 3. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter
  • ⁣4. Melt chocolate and add a little coconut oil to cashew butter if you want it really runny
  • 5. Drizzle on crepes and add bananas.
