A heartwarming moment unfolded at Addo Elephant Park in South Africa when a baby elephant seemed to be rolling on the ground in laughter as his older brother playfully tickled him with his trunk.
Wildlife photographer Lee-Anne Robertson captured the endearing scene in Sundays River Valley, where the two young elephants were seen climbing over each other and enjoying a playful interaction last month.
Reflecting on the moment, Robertson said, “He was just like any energetic baby, full of life and looking for someone to play with. After a while, he threw himself on the ground, and his older brother approached, gently touching him with his trunk as if inviting him to join in the fun. The little one responded eagerly, climbing on his brother.”
The playful exchange between the elephants perfectly showcased their joyful bond and youthful spirit.
